We have gotten the plans and the course of fire mostly figured out.
However, we have also figured out that we need some more non-shooting help.
If you have wives/girlfriends that might be interested in helping keep score, please post up if they can help.

Also, we could use a few more 100' extension cords and spotting scopes on stands.

We need a total of about 400' of cords.
Please bring it.
Even if we don't use it, at least it's there if we need it...

That would be fine.
The spotters will be able to sit at the benches on the line next to the shooter.

Not sure how we're working the line rotations. I'm already in to help, I'm in to shoot as well now. If I can't get in on the line let me know, I know we need a few non-shooting helpers and I don't mind playing that role if need be.

My goal is to have dedicated spotters so the shooters don't have to spot.
The current idea is that there will be 4-5 "stations".
Shooters line up at each station, shoot that stages and then go find another line.
It's the shooter's responsibility to make sure they shoot all the stages before the night is over.

Hey Randall, I'm willing to help out at the shoot. My father's coming as well (not shooting) so he can help out as well. I'll bring my spotting scope and stand as well.

MikeinLA - I could use some red gel for my light.

By the way, does anybody have an extra chamber flag that I can borrow for the shoot? I'll try to get one asap but I'm not sure I'll be able to get one by Saturday night...
