NCPPRC April Precision Steel Match Results

The nice weather drew a nice size group of 31 shooters to our steel match today. Winds were around 5 - 7mph from what I can tell. Please feel free to correct me if you were tracking it a lil more closely than I was. Temp was mid 70s by the afternoon.

Thank you to all those that came out on Saturday to setup and prep for today's match. It looks like the schedule allows a lot more folks to help out on setup.

Thank you to the ROs for keeping things running smooth and safe. Jimmy took care of the mover as always, thank you sir.

Hit ratio was on the CBS was LOW. Out of 31 shooters, only 7 hit the 2" Shoot N C @ 220 yards.

WBS (warm bore shot) hit ratio was not that much better with 9 hits.

Everyone can thank Chuck Neller for the off hand shoot and scoot COF. He gave me the idea at last month's LR match.

Seems like everyone liked the random shooting order setup, except for David Skit that some how ended last almost every time. LOL.

75 yards out to 550 yards (the 500 meter ram line) and everything in between.

80% steel with 20% paper thrown in.

65 rounds.

We have limit of 32 to 34 shooters for our steel matches so that we can finish in a timely manner. RSVP is a must and voting members get dibs on slots.
