It is crowded Sunday morning in ASR. I was there around 7:45AM two weeks ago. Most of the benches on the west side of rifle range were taken.

You were 1/2hr too late.
At 7:15, its easy pickings..

If you guys would coordinate practices and send someone up to the range the night before, you can tape off a few benches and hold them for a "scheduled event"

Oh well, I was reloading ammo till 3:30AM Sunday morning.

I arrived there at 9:00 AM last Sunday with at least 10 benches open.

I'll see if I have time to load Sun. Night. If not I might just bring the .22.

3-5 is enough.
The main thing is that the event is pre-scheduled.
It would be good if someone coordinating this called Angeles and scheduled it with them and then taped off a few benches Saturday night.

I just called Angeles and coordinated a practice session for us. There should be 8 benches reserved on the far end of the rifle line and they told me they'll tape it off Saturday night.

Pick up the blue sheet from the Angeles range office first thing in the morning.
The line is yours to run so don't make any new holes in the roof.
When you pick up the blue sheet, verify if the price is still $7 for rifle clubs on the public line as they might have bumped it to $8.
Have everyone sign both the club waiver and the angeles blue sheet, collect the funds and close out with angeles when you are done.

Bummed. Didn't have time to load today.

But took the wife and baby to Griffith Observatory.
