PBR is hosting it's first match of the year at West End Gun Club.

Come join us for a fun, competitive, but casual match and get some trigger time on your precision rifle.
We will shoot from many positions & props. Some traditional, some not so much. Expect to shoot using improvised support.
Please no velocities higher than 3,100 to minimize damage to PBR steel .
Please RSVP to get an accurate count of number of shooters planning to shoot.

Meet up by the PBR conex & wait there for the briefing. Watch your speed coming thru the main range & be sure to check in with the range master let him know you are there for PBR.

8:00-8:15 Shooters meeting
8:15 Rounds downrange


This months match will feature a stage with pistol. Loaner pistol available(9mm Glock), if you don't feel like bringing your own.

Just in case, bring 60 rounds of rifle and 10 rounds of pistol.

SiL in San Diego is moving and needs to pack her house by the 28th... Wife committed us for this weekend... I convent lyrics forgot and told her I had a match, but she put her foot down and laid on the guilt trip... Plus she is letting go me buy the HD GEN2 if I can find one in stock... Might have a line on one...

Guys, we're doing our best to get the mover going for this weekend.

We broke an aluminum axle on it last time we tested it. I have some solid steel bars to make new ones and we're hoping to get them turned down before sunday.

It probably didn't help that we had a little person riding on it fully dressed with cover and targets....
probably 300lbs in total

Parkinson's and dementia , it take most of my free time , my help had a last minute Change of plan that left me with no choice but not to come , if any one knows about the illness will understand what I'm going through it has been this way for the past couple of years , that's the Maine reason I don't do the monthly s as much as before , it has hurt my shooting as well , it's hard to consentrate when you are about to loose a mother and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
So you can see I don't have as much of a free time anymore . This last season I gave up on a deer tag that waited five years to get it because I could not find help to take care of her for a week . I did not have to explain so much , but to clear the air, I did.

Ray, my grandmother has Parkinsons and Dementia as well. Its a really hard situation to be in. She doesnt even remember me anymore when i come visit.
Good luck with your mother and cherish every moment you still have with her (even if its hard).

Well... good thing you'll be nearby if your wife pulls her back doing the heavy lifting you cant.
