I'm going to say 53 just for fun, but we have not made a course of fire yet so that could change 15 rounds either way.

I was really tempted not to shoot this match because Sunday will be action packed TV wise. In the morning will be the greatest and most beautiful cycle race in the world:

. . .

Love this race.

And in the afternoon is the Masters.

In the end, I thought shooting the match would be more fun than sitting on the couch and watching TV all day.

See you guys Sunday.

Do you even DVR, Bro? Just sayin...

The DVR thing doesn't work for me, at least not for sports. If I miss an event, I'll just go online and see who on. This is especially true for Paris-Roubaix, which is seven hours long.

My AAR: I thought it would be fun to use my new Vortex scope (Thanks Rich at Short Action Precision!), so I mounted it yesterday, boresighted best as I could and went to the match. I managed a 2nd round coldbore hit, then was lost a while, then figured out where I was. Zeroed the scope just before the stressfire stage, and had a good time!

What happens when you shoot a stage out of order? do you keep the points up to that point or do you 0 the stage.

Should be a zero every time. Gotta follow what's called for in that particular stage.

Out of order depends on the rules of the match or stage. Usually I would say most of them you keep your points until you go astray. One match I went to with 10 targets in a field it was easy to get lost so this happened a lot. But obviously a KYL if you hit the smallest target first you would get a stage zero because it was the wrong target.

One of the competitors in this match hit a target out of order, supposed to be 100, 200, 600, 200, 600, 200, 100 but at the last or 2nd to last shot hit the 600 again. No points, wrong target, but kept all previous points. Same as a miss.

In certain bigger comps, if you hit the wrong berm or no impact seen where it should be (rifles only Bushnell Brawl) you are done, you leave the match. In the Brawl, the issue is the ranch is about 1/2 or 3/4 mile per side, but there are ranches all around and bullets can easily go 3 miles.
