Signups start at 7:30am and shooting should start at 8:15am when the line goes hot.
Please arrive at the left side of the Angeles rifle range no later than 7:45am to sign-in and get assigned your shooter numbers.

The match fee also includes use of the range after the match is completed.
We usually finish by 1pm.
Bring 70 rounds of match grade ammo.
Be prepared to shoot as close as 10yds and as far as 600yds.

Bring a backpack to shoot off of for stages that don't allow a bipod.

This match is open to bolt action and semi-auto rifles from 223 up through 308.
A velocity limit of 3100 fps will be in effect to reduce damage to club-owned steel targets.

Very late notice. Really sorry, robojet and Treadstone out again. Really thought we were going to make it this time. Car is all packed up. But Jeff woke up and is still under the weather. Hoping we'll make the practice next week.

Guys, I had a great time and enjoyed the good company. For anyone else reading this, you have to come to the matches as it was a very welcoming experience. Just a side note, go to the range and get good DOPE on actual targets and don't rely on a ballistics calculator so much the first time, it will prevent plenty of heartache! Thanks again!

Great match guys! I'm really appreciating the new "no prep" style it's very helpful practice for big matches. Now if I could only shoot those like I did today ;)

It was nice seeing new faces today. We should do a pro/am match some day.

As always thanks Rand and Brad for running the show and for painting the targets blue instead of yellow.

I finally shot my 1st match today. Actually shooting a match was invaluable.

I really need to learn how to stabilize the reticle/rifle on stages like the barricades. My reticle was like a washing machine on those stages.

Trigger pull is another area that needs improvement.

Too many areas that need improvement to list but I really enjoyed shooting the match.

As always, thank you to Brad and Randall.

Thanks Kevin. It wasn't so much that it wasn't shooting, it's that I seem to need to tweak my load pretty drastically every 2-300 rounds to keep it shooting. We'll see if Ryan's load holds true for the rest of this barrel. Of course Solomon was hot on my tail with rounds that were barely shooting 1MOA!

Oh and a big thanks to Randall, Brad and Rich for running a consistently fun match.
