Movers in monthly matches
So I am looking to improve on shooting movers. Other than Vegas are there any other matches that regularly have moving targets... Vu do you do movers all the time or is it just with big matches. I have only shot 1 mover before at Vegas and went back 2 other times and they didnt have it..

Re: Movers in monthly matches
We do normally have a 600 yard movers stage on the team matches, the next match (June 25th) will be a little different, it'll be an individual field event patterned after the steel safari, where we 'll be engaging steel at unknown distances from various stations in the canyon, we tried it at the March match and the guy's seemed to really like it, there will also be a rapid target engagement drill at multiple yardages. I'll be posting the details here in early June.
Thanks Gary

They dont have the mover every month. They also don't run matches mid summer.Teletiger7 wrote:

I think Kurt said this will be the last Vegas match until September if that helps make up anyone's mind.oni wrote:

Re: Movers in monthly matches
We actually hardly shoot movers. I think maybe a few times a year at the most.
Ive only shot our mover 1 time. LOL
Might have to do an all mover match again soon.

Its the wheel that will sit in the track and move the target back and fourth.
