Had a great time, thanks Brad and Randall for putting on a fun match!

Regarding OCD reloading, I once measured and recorded 40 powder drops, this was IMR4064 powder. It is why I measure all my stick powders.

1 43.8 H 11 42.6 21 42.6 31 42.0
2 42.6 12 42.3 22 42.5 32 41.8 L
3 42.0 13 42.3 23 42.4 33 41.8 L
4 42.0 14 42.4 24 42.6 34 42.8
5 42.4 15 42.4 25 41.8 L 35 42.6
6 42.2 16 42.8 26 42.7 36 42.3
7 42.4 17 42.3 27 42.4 37 42.5
8 41.9 18 42.8 28 42.8 38 42.0
9 42.4 19 42.8 29 42.4 39 42.4
10 42.1 20 42.0 30 42.4 40 42.4

I haven't tried this with coarser powder, but since I measure each I can see that H4831SC is considerably worse than this.

Henry, on barricade stage...
Boom! ND Nice hole in the roof.
Load doesn't mean close the bolt while getting into Port of Arms position prior to the start signal being issued from the timer.

1 minute or so later.
Steven, on barricade stage
Bang bang, ND bang (dropped rifle on barricade with bolt closed and it fired)
Not sure how many he sent out before that. Props to Steven for calling himself out.

My turn on barricade stage.

Just wanted to ask why you guys don't ever post an AAR anymore? I haven't seen one after a caprc match in a very long time. In fact the only results I've seen is from people at the match snapshoting the score sheet with their phone.

Not trying to start anything.. I'm just wondering why it's not done anymore.

I had one ND when Marc had a training clinic with Gunny Sgt Palzkill, load and make it hot, then stand up away from rifle. Upon start signal 10 seconds to aim and shoot or similar (don't remember exactly). Grabbed my gun and Boooomm! I brushed the trigger taking hold of the rifle. Ooops. Got ribbed about it quite a bit, deservedly so.

Same exact thing though, told to load and make it hot, and I done did what I was told.

Brandon was there, but I forget who else.

I don't know.
Anyone could do it, but nobody does.
The people that were there know what happened.
It does not seem to help anything to let others know how it went.
Reporting after the fact won't change anything.
If someone is interested enough to want to know how matches work, then can just show up at the next match and experience it themselves.

Got it

Seems like everyones always asking for them after the matches. I guess someones gonna need to step up and take that on then.

To me it seems like it's just part of the package. The club collects collect money from people who all sign up for the match on this forum. I would think part of that package would include an AAR or at least a simple run down of the scores.

I try to post an AAR as soon as time permits hopefully to get some guys to see what they missed and maybe get them interested for the next one. I showed up to Angeles on Sunday & totally spaced out about the match going on (dumbass) took my bro to shoot something beyond wegc distances but had I loaded enough rounds I would have shot the match.

Sometimes after a match I'm burned out & don't feel like posting an AAR but it would be cool like Randall said if somebody else wrote one up to give all the flakes (self included) an idea of what they missed out on. I know I like reading them though and appreciate all the help I can get be it stage designs or AAR.

Scoring is done at the match and we run down the scores right there at the match too so everyone attending the match is getting what they paid for.

For James.

AAR
6 shooters
3 NDs
Most of the shots 300 and out.
Looks like they had fun

for a laugh.. watch the link for the video of me doing the stress fire.... I was more concerned with getting my ammo laid out and rifle on target.. Deliberately did not have a mag inserted as there was a cease fire just before this stage.. Forgot to put it in and had it sitting in my pack.. I run to my rifle and realize... Shit, there's no mag!!! I managed to still get off 4 shot/4 hits with the help of Aaron giving me his mag on the 3rd round... note to self... check rifle before start of stage...
