Precision Bolt Rifle match 11-16-14 @ west end gun club

Shooters of precision rifles.......& semi autos
Come on out and join us Sunday 11-16-14 for good times friendly competition. Bring 70 rnds of match ammo just to be safe incase we have to reshoot a stage & all the usual safety gear eyes,ears, chamber flag etc.. We will have some for those who need a flag ($1)

We will shoot from many positions & props some traditional some not so much..expect to shoot from improvised positions.
Sign ups start @ 7:30 & we will go hot by 8 following the safety briefing don't be late!
Please no velocities higher than 3,100 to minimize damage to PBR steel .
Please RSVP to get an accurate count of number of shooters planning to shoot.

Meet up by the PBR conex & wait there for the briefing. Watch your speed coming thru the main range & be sure to check in with the range master let him know you are there for PBR.

Sure...we're gonna test the AR400 plate Ben got us before we weld it on. Sorry but it won't be moving. Unless you wanna carry it around while we shoot it. Mover "should" be running by December match pending the plate holds up to some fast 6mm and 6.5 rounds this weekend.

I need to print targets guys. I need a firm count of whos in. We've heard from a few guys through various sources but im still not sure of an exact number so if you are planning to come and you haven't already then please post "I'll be there"

I just checked the weather on my phone- I know not really accurate....

But.. for Riverside it shows winds... Always more wind at the range than Riverside....

Cant wear a hat to hide it... the wind will take it..

I'm also not confident in my rifle. Been having issues, and went to the range yesterday to try it out...

My main issue of not ejecting is better but not perfect... 2 of 15 still failed to eject... but all the sudden my 100 yd zero was off by 1.3 mils low...

Not exactly confidence inspiring.... seriously??? 1.3 mil at 100??? WTF?????? Just not feeling it for a match yet without more range time and get this sorted out.. The ejection problem was why I helped at the last match without shooting it.
