NCPPRC End of year match and BBQ

Post by vu308 »

Guys,

We plan on having a 70 round COF at our December's match. BBQ with Dennis's Chilli. Rob has a great COF planned.

20.00 pays for it all.

It will be a full house so if you guys plan to come up, let me know so we have an idea of how many shooters.

Thanks,

Vu

Vu

Do you have a match date, and will be similar to last year?

Without the 32 deg. temp and 35 mph wind.

Thanks Brad.

I think that was May that had the wind.

Match Date will be December 5th, practice on the 4th.

Brad, it will be high 70s, light winds, I promise.

Let me know because I think we'll top out.

Just to make sure all you Socal crew are forewarned and informed....

At our match on Sunday, December 5th, which is the Top 20 Shoot Off match and the final match of the year to determine our Shooter of the Year, we will only run 50 shooters.
No doubling up on targets, no 3third relay. Last year we had 48 shooters and can expect to hit our 50 shooter limit this year.

After discussing things with Vu, entry to the match will be based on the following:

1) The Top 20 are guaranteed positions if they show up in time.
2) NCPPRC members are guaranteed positions on a first come/first served basis (after the top 20)
3) If there are more non members that show up than we have positions available, then the remaining positions will be drawn raffle style.

We (the NCPPRC) will have our member list fully updated by our Nov match, at which time I will post on our forum asking for a "will be there" head count for the Dec match. That way I can give you guys here an idea of if we will fill up all the slots with members.

Of course even if all the positions do get spoken for, you all are welcome to come for the Saturday practice and then show up Sunday morning on a stand by basis in case there is a no show.
